The Objectives of the capacity building component are:
- The increase of income generation through a system of active information and training
- Increase in the technical level of fruit production and processing
- To increase the knowledge about local and international markets and organization of marketing associations
- To provide technical support with the aim of introducing new varieties of the fruits in accordance with matching market needs and trends
- Supporting the use of certified seedlings and support to the nursery
- Introduction of certificates in the process of productions, processing and disposal of the fruits
- Support in establishment of producers and processors associations
